For a bookmaker of Betshop’s reputation, it makes no sense to have support available only from 10:00 to 23:00. We’ve tested both live chat and email correspondence options and we’re not pleased. Slow response times and unclear answers are a clear sign that this section is in dire need of an overhaul.

As for their roster of payment options, it’s rather unimposing when compared to other sportsbooks. VISA, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller and bank transfer cover the needs of most bettors, but this is merely scratching the surface. PayPal and a niche platform or two would be nice.
