DigiBet has been providing juicy lines and popular markets to West European bettors since 1990, but the company rebranded itself in 2003. The rebranding effort was mainly centered around expanding their offering, but the color scheme was altered, as well.

At first glance, it seems like they went down a relatively safe route. Black, white, grey, and red grace a myriad of sportsbooks, so it’s easy for a bookie to come off as boring and botch the whole rebranding. However, DigiBet made an awesome move by placing each color in just the right place.

The background is dark grey, which provides an excellent foundation to create contrast with white boxes with fixtures and markets. Red accents are used sparingly, only for in-site ads and key things such as goals, the Login box, and a few other things.

We were pleasantly surprised by the loading speeds of each page. There is no excess content whatsoever, which results in a smooth and user-friendly interface. The categorization of sports is also impressive, with the highest-coveted events, fixtures, and markets placed in the Featured Links section. All in all, we believe that literally anyone can use the DigiBet website to its full extent.

When it comes to banking, the only real flaw is that DigiBet accepts only Euros. Other than that, it’s a splendid offer, with several eWallets being a nice addition to the roster of usual suspects (VISA, MasterCard, and bank transfers). The minimum deposit amount varies depending on the payment method you’re using. There are no fees, which is always great to see.

Everything was going well until we realized that there is no live chat support at DigiBet. It’s perplexing how one bookie can get almost everything right, but still omit a feature that’s ubiquitous in 2020. Nevertheless, you can still reach customer support via email, call, and... wait for it... letter. Yes, DigiBet doesn’t have live chat, but you can write them a letter. Strange, but okay.

Betting odds at DigiBet are competitive overall. Soccer betting margin is 5.2%, tennis betting margin is 7.5%, ice hockey betting margin is 7.6%, basketball with 5.6% and so on. The overall betting margin is 6.5%. These betting margins have been calculated using odds from different events in each sport. Please note that margins may be different from a sport to another, and even from a league to other.

Football is the main sport coveted at DigiBet, with Austrian and German Bundesliga markets sometimes numbering in the hundreds.
