Right off the bat, it’s perplexing that SupraBets opted for a light grey background. If you’re a bookmaker who wants to attract serious players, engulfing your entire UI with copious amounts of near-whiteness will only drive people away. It’s bad for the eyes.

We would have let this decision slide if the rest of the site’s elements were in line. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

Who in the right mind thinks that combining two almost similar shades of grey into a color scheme is a good idea? While we usually don’t like big banners and internal ads, it would have been wise of SupraBets to add some of those. As they didn’t the whole site looks bland and unappealing.

The first thing that we actually liked about this sportsbook is the customer support section. Surprisingly, they offer live chat, email, and phone support on a non-stop basis. This is usually a significant logistical problem for most bookies, especially for ones that have a presence across multiple time zones.

However, we noticed that all the agents we talked to have a habit of evading questions about sensitive topics. We asked them about the allegations against them, and all we got was ‘Can I help you with anything else?’ This is not a good sign, especially for a bookie that finds itself in hot water for accusations of fraud.

Banking at SupraBets.com is a flat-out disaster. At first glance, the wide choice seems appealing. The overall betting margin is 6.5%. These betting margins have been calculated using odds from different events in each sport. Please note that margins may be different from a sport to another, and even from a league to other.

Betting Features

There aren’t many extra features available at SupraBets. The one thing that we appreciated was the extensive amount of special bets, even for some less coveted fixtures and leagues. Payout rates are technically okay, but that doesn’t mean anything if you can’t get the money that you legally won.

Security and Fairness

SupraBets has been accused of withholding players’ funds on a large number of occasions. According to various reports and recollections from defrauded individuals, they have a habit of keeping one’s funds for over two weeks, under the guise of excuses such as ‘internal review protocol’.

They have also deleted accounts because of ‘value betting’, and have flat out refused to respond to arbitration requests. Pick another bookie. SupraBets isn’t worth your time nor your money, despite having a Curacao license.
